Hello everyone,

Hello everybody! I just spent a wonderful week in Mauritius with a beautiful Caribbean girl : Keen de Kermadec helped me introduced ten half-hour shows that will air next fall on the French travel channel, "Voyage". The program deals about the cooking and celebrations of ten of the world's most beautiful islands or island groups. For one full week, we have been skimming all areas of Mauritius islands to find beautiful settings for the show, and we have prepared two dozen recipes, with the help of a Maurician chef, Tiburce.

Yesterday, I was filming in High Definition television the beautiful "Victoria Regina" water lillies of Pamplemousses gardens, a Hindu celebration in Grand Bassin or the pretty church at Cap Malheureux, and today I'm back in Paris for the editing of my next DVD, dedicated to French Polynesia, and due for release in October.
