Hello everyone,

This month of December has passed quickly : we did not lack occupations :

The Boat Show, first, where I was happy to see many of you, plus a few exceptional visits, such as famous marine photographer Philip Plisson and transatlantic rowing hero Gerard d'Aboville ; another Friendly visit, Teheiura, a young Tahitian man living in France , who distinguished himself in the recent episode of Koh Lanta, the French "Survivor" TV show.: suddenly, he is almost as popular in Polynesia as the new Miss Tahiti, pretty Rauata Temauri. The last weekend of the Nautic was marked by the diffusion of two important TV programs : Les Années Bonheur , or?The Happy Years?, where I sang one of my Polynesian hits, and " Vivement Dimanche Prochain", with superfamous French TV person Michel Drucker. These two programs have certainly contributed to the success of our new book "Au Paradis des Animaux" or "Animal Paradise".

Then we had in the Grenoble area, a foretaste of the large lecture tour with "Connaissance du Monde", which, from January 8 to February 14, will take us through several French regions, for nearly sixty lectures more, before joining our catamaran Banana Split in the Marquesas.

And then we were finally able to enjoy what we had not done for many years: ten days on our of Auvergne Plateau, in the Central Massif of France, alternating work on the next works (and for Francette the transfer of our website and our shop to a new server) and beautiful walks through the countryside a little ruffled by the recent storm ...

It is from this eagle's nest that we send you our best wishes for 2012, I hope that it will be positive in all ways. Best wishes to all the faithful visitors to our website and its forum, to all the faithful readers of our books, DVDs and Blu-Ray. Happy New Year to all my friends, my three children, Vaimiti, Teiki and Manea, and above all to Francette: with it the year 2012 will inevitably be wonderful.
